Hi, I’m Autumn. I am so happy you are here!
A little about me…
I am a married mom to twin sons who are ten years old. They are the light of my life! My children are pure chaos and love wrapped up together. Besides being a mom, I have always been passionate about helping people. That passion has taken me to many places, from working as a Nurse to, most recently, coaching moms with ADHD. You can read here how I found my passion for coaching.
I am a certified Wayfinder Life Coach and have also been trained through Vanderbilt University’s Health & Wellness Coaching Program.
On my quest for growth, I ran into a bump in the road that became a gift. While researching ADHD information for my kiddo, I found that I had a lot of similarities to those described in the ADHD questionnaire. At the same time, my wonderful therapist had also been nudging me toward getting evaluated for ADHD. Like a person with true ADHD, it took me years to get evaluated. I was finally evaluated and diagnosed with ADHD last year. In that diagnosis, I found that the negative self-talk and old stories I had been telling myself were untrue. As I’m sure happens to many moms with ADHD, I thought that I couldn’t keep up with the million things we do day in and day out as moms. My mission became to help other moms with ADHD love their life again! This is where I am today, helping stressed moms with ADHD live a more joyful and successful life.

How I help my clients…
I help my clients by providing a safe space for them to explore limiting beliefs and blocks in their lives. I believe strongly that every client has the wisdom within themselves for their own life. By learning how to tap into your intuition and inner guide, you will begin to release yourself from societal constraints. This opening will allow you to be able to dream and make goals for the future. I am here to help you every step of the way.
